Stitching with Photoshop 7+

| 1.
Type your text or any shape that you want stitched. |

| 2.
Hold CTRL and Click on this Layer on the Layers
Menu.

Create a New Layer and Hide
the original Text Layer. |

4.
Go to the Path Menu and click on the "Make
Work Path" button.

| 5.
Use the Stroke Path Command. |
 |
| 6.
On a new layer, fill the inside of your stitched element with
a nice texture. |
