Cute Dogs Trick
A instant hit in Japan, the close-range photos are taken with a wide-angle photographical lens, but here a quick way to simulate the effect with Photoshop.

NOTE: The effects on this tutorial were exagerated to showcase the results. You don't have to go so heavy for the effect to work.

1. Open you image. For a better result it should be taken against a plain background and at an angle.

2. Duplicate and Extract the head.

3. Remove the head on the original image.

4. Go back to the Head Layer and make it larger using Free Transform (CTRL+T). Hold the Shift key while dragging a corner to keep the aspect ratio.

5. Use the Bloat Tool (B) in the Liquify Filter (CTRL+SHIFT+X) to simulate the distortion of the lens.

You can find the original photos on the Official Site
