Distorted Frames for PSE

| 1.
On a white layer, create a box that will define your frame using
the Rectangular Marquee Tool
and fill it with black. |
|
| 2.
Remove bits and pieces using a soft-edge brush or Blur the frame
using the Gaussian Blur.
|
|
| 3.
Use one or more Distortion Filter until you
get a look that you like.
|
|
| 4.
Delete the White area and any extra bits that
you don't like.
|
|
| 5.
Paste your photo above the frame and group
the two layers (CTRL+G).
