Blueprint effect
Here is a quick walkthrough for my winning entry on

6. Apply >Filter>Blur>Gaussian Blur and adjust the Levels to remove most of the blurred edges.

7. >Filter>Render>Clouds on a new Layer with white and a light indigo.

8. Blur it with >Filter>Blur>Motion Blur

9. Place your element above the purple layer and change the Layer Mode to Multiply.

10. Create fold lines using >Filter>Texture>Grain (two layers will be required: Horizontal and Vertical)

11. Change the Layer Mode to Multiply and adjust the Opacity.

12. Add lines and technical Data to your blueprint.

13. Add folds, Torn edges or anything you like.
